The i-tri Messenger platform is a complimentary messaging application designed for iPhone and other smartphone devices. It leverages the user’s internet connection (including 4G, 3G, 2G, EDGE, or Wi-Fi) to facilitate communication among program participants, their parents or guardians, and program leaders and coaches. The app provides capabilities for sharing event schedules, reminders, photos, videos, documents, and surveys.

USE OF i-TRI MESSENGER:

It is mandatory for all program participants, including their parents or guardians, as well as for leaders and coaches, to install and utilize the i-tri Messenger app.

Key features include:

• No associated fees.
• Group messaging: Participants and their guardians can engage in group communications within their team or school, including interactions with leaders and coaches.
• One-on-one chats: Provide direct messaging channels between participants, guardians, and program staff.
• Web access: The messaging service is accessible via web browser, allowing users to send and receive messages from a computer.
• Push notifications: Receive real-time alerts to prevent missing important messages from any stakeholders.
• Offline functionality: Messages received during offline periods are stored and displayed upon the next app use.
• Event scheduling: Leaders and coaches can create chat groups, organize events, and manage invitations for virtual or in-person sessions.
• Attendance tracking: The app enables facilitators to record attendance and promptly follow up on unconfirmed participants and their guardians.
